Structural investigation of a retirement
condominium complex to determine the causes of
water entry into the building. During the
investigation, significant structural irregularities and
deficiencies were found which lead to the design of
emergency repairs to the balconies, re-evaluation of
the building envelope sheathing, siding and flashing.
